- Camera & Photo Access: We request camera access to allow you to upload profile pictures, scan ID documents, and verify your identity during remote onboarding.
- Location Data: We collect precise GPS location data solely for the purpose of validating attendance clock-ins when geofencing restrictions are enabled by your employer.
- Device Data: IP addresses and device identifiers to ensure secure access to corporate networks.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to facilitate the HR functions provided by Peokit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Location data is only accessed at the exact moment of clocking in or out and is never continuously tracked.

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. All information is securely stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and access is strictly limited to authorized personnel designated by your employer.
